Urban Crave

FANTASTIC JOB! I was beside myself after I sat down at the Urban Crave in the Ontario airport today. The food was really tasty and good portions, and only slightly higher due to the airport location. You won't be disappointed with the food....., but the best thing about this visit was our server!!!! Felicia was amazing! She remembered everyone's name without writing anything down and we are talking 14 to 16 people at a time. I thought I had a gift for remembering named but Felicia blew me away.

We ordered the chicken quesadillas and chicken fingers. There were six chicken fingers which were plenty for our 16 and 19 to split. They were delicious. The quesadillas were full of chicken, onions and bell peppers. Very good. We would recommend this restaurant to any travelers!

Nice place to hang out while you wait for your flight friendly waiters everyone looks happy working here. They have a decent menu with a few items, but they all look fresh. Great at Molly

We ate lunch there with our grandkids. It was crowded, but we were able to get a small table. Our server Robert treated us so we'll and accommodated out needs. The kids are 3 and 7 yrs old, and the staff made it easy for us to eat there despite the crowded conditions. When we order chicken for the kids, Robert told us the probs were large and perhaps they could split it. He was right and saved us the cost of a meal. He checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. We were not rushed. Our food and beverages were excellent. I can't say enough nice things about it. Robert made the visit great for us.

Really rude service from waiter yelling at me that's holding the plate felt very unwelcome time 11:58am. Wanted to eat food looks really good customers says food really good. Although felt very unwelcoming and customers around me said she didn't have to be that rude either.

Jenna is an absolute treasure, you all better be nice to her. This terminal is a hellscape on a holiday and she made even this food seem better

I am writing this review with the thought in mind that this is the smaller terminal Gates 11-18 where the affordable airlines like Frontier and Spirit fly out of. As well as San Diego is a small airport compared to larger International Airports like LAX or SFO. They are also renovating the San Diego Airport currently - in a few years this review could be obsolete if they connect some of the terminal areas up. The food here is decent and better than school cafeteria lunch. I would put it on par with Denny's or Bar Food. The main menu item is burgers, chicken tenders and salad. The service is stressed out because they're trying to make sure to take your order, serve your food and check you out before you run off for your flight. I am not dinging points for service because there is a walk up order to go line if you are in a rush. I consider it lucky to have a server in an airport restaurant that isn't a private lounge. Other Food Options: A - Bring your own food. You can't bring soup or water. But you can bring sandwiches, burgers, spaghetti with sauce, muffins, cupcakes, fruit, chips, candy, chocolate, bread, salad. If you are flying international you will need to eat all vegetables and fruit (food that can harbor parasites) or throw it away before you exit airport security. If you are flying in the US you can bring it to and from. B - If you want a more affordable burger there is a Jack in the Box right before you enter TSA you can stop at for food. *You will just need to buy a drink from Peet's Coffee, Urban Crave or the Mini Market. Urban Crave - Get a to go cup soda and refill it before getting on your flight.

Shout out to Tom. Made the experience at the bar fun & chill. He is a genuine man when it comes to socializing & providing service to customers! Give him a raise! & the cook lady, Hermenia! She works hard! Send then to terminal 1 pls with the renovation!
